I have completely read these books and so I think that they are really good - unless I have made comments otherwise. (Other opinions may vary!)

A Geography of Time

The Temporal Misadventures of a Social Psychologist
(Or how every culture keeps time just a little bit differently.)

by Robert Levine

Writes about the history of timekeeping and about how there are misunderstandings when people interact with other cultures.

In the late 1800's the United States had over 70 different time zones. People resisted standardization so that within towns there were even disputes about what time something happened.
