My Brief Book Reviews

I have completely read these books and so I think that they are really good - unless I have made comments otherwise. (Other opinions may vary!)

Lost in the Funhouse: The Life and Mind of Andy Kaufman

by Bill Zehme

A book about the life of the "comedian" Andy Kaufman. Most likely the most interesting person that I have ever read about. It was not just the things that he did but also the way that he did them.

The book often resorts to a stream-of-consciousness writing style because he used some of Andy's writings and tapes - and often used that style himself. I found that if I just read it quickly as if it was just someone talking that it fit well.
